Text- Only Module

Hi,

I have created a text only module for changing the website look and feel when this link is pressed.

Till now it is working fine in many of the sites..

now when I was incorporating the same module to a new site it is behaving very wired.....

It is working perfectly for authenticated users..

for anonymous user it is not working ....

look is not changing when I press that link and if it changes by any chance it is not changing back when I click a link to change.

Can any one help me...
This working for good for both cases in my previous sites..
