Issue Summary
If you try to acces pages related to quiz like ( e.x. node/add/pe-quiz) you will get
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _get_og_node_options() in /usr/share/edu-drupal/sites/all/modules/phpedu/pe_edu/pe_edu.module on line 162
there is now implementation of this function in project.

Indeed. Sorry about that. Fixed in the upcoming beta version.
