Browsing History recommender permissions

Just installed the browsing history recommender and it shows browsing history for user1 but no one else.

The Recommender Module is listed in the permissions page, but there are no checkboxes to allow anyone else to use it.

I tried ticking the users in the Recommender's block, but it will still only show to user1.

Has anyone had this problem before?

The browsing history is for products viewed in Ubercart 2

I have just noticed that the Ubercart Recommender module is the same
