As user 1, I am seeing a Voting Details tab in every node page (even for
content types which are disable in admin/settings/voteupdown/node)

I'm also experiencing this issue.... but not just for User #1. Any user that has permission to see the Voting Details tab gets the tab on all content types. Any ideas for a solution?
