Advanced Search - where did it go?

I have ApacheSolr enabled and I know I recently saw a link for "Use Advanced Search" which provided extra options, but now I can't find that link or page for the life of me. Where did it go? I have "Use Advanced Search" enabled for all roles, and all the search config options set as far as I can tell. I've seen other similar posts but no solution.

Am I supposed to see an advanced search with ApacheSolr?
