Module Payment - Add Payment Gateway - OneBip or mCommerce (SMS Payment) equivalent

I would like to have OneBip as a Payment Gateway added for my customers as it highly requested.

I am willing to give cash incentives totalling up to $500 US to the main developer contributors when this becomes a full-featured and stable open-source module payment gateway.

Currently several competitors have OneBip but I want it fully integrated into Ubercart before using the service.

Well I personally only need standard access but I think it's worth doing a fully featured OneBip Payment Gateway that works fine for all three methods.

I have no experience in leading open-source projects like this so here is what I will do. One developer first needs to take charge lead of the project.

When the Development reaches at least in an alpha phase (somewhat functional bare-bones) of testing I will hand out two $125 US cash prizes each to the top two contributors.

When we have reached the phase of Stable-Beta I will hand out an additional two cash prizes each of $125 US (Thereby fulfilling my total contribution of $500 US) to the top two contributors.

Payments will be made through PayPal.

Remember everyone will greatly benefit from a OneBip mCommerce Payment Gateway Module support added to Ubercart 2.x so please keep code neat, clean and tidy (no shortcuts) according to Drupal Coding Standards.

I also encourage OneBip to help out too since this module is of great benefit to your Business.
