Intermittent "Video Not Found" Error

Hello - I'm having a problem where once in a while, especially on certain videos, the site will return "video not found or access denied." Reloading sometimes lets them play. I have tried the fix here: http://www.michael.in.th/node/64 It seems to work at first, and then the problem persists. Problem is the same whether the user is logged in or not. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
