b1tr0t commentedHi there - could be you just need to wait a bit. Plugin detection can take up to 24 hours to complete. But if you can tell me the name of your site I can verify it for you more quickly. You entered your CNAME in the plugin configuration as well as in Mobify, right?
Also, feel free to open a support request at: http://community.mobify.me/

gregarios commentedWaited 36 hours... no detection here either. Seems to all be configured correctly in Drupal site and at the Mobify website acct as well. CNAME works correctly and shows the mobile site, but no auto-redirection.

b1tr0t commentedHi Gregarios,
Can you give me the url for your site?
Thanks!
Peter @ Mobify
Comment #4
gregarios commentedSure:
Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal
and the mobile site:
Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal Mobile
(Keep in mind the mobile site can only be reached by mobile browsers, otherwise it redirects you to the main site)

gregarios commentedI just added the Javascript Snippets to the page.tpl.php file instead of using this module, at the recommendation of a Mobify tech support agent. Seems to work that way.

spacereactor commentedcan you direct us where you get the javascript snippets from

gregarios commentedTheir website seems to be having a stylesheet problem, but you can still get the info here:

b1tr0t commentedThe javascript redirect snippet is specific to each mobile site. You need to login to your account, select your site in the dashboard, and then go to the 'Deploy' panel. You'll see a large javascript text box containing your site's redirect snippet. I've attached an image with an example.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us on our community forum: http://community.mobify.me

Louis Swanepoel commentedI installed mobify on my site and activated it in the modules section, but it does not appear in the Permissions section or the site configuration sections. Any idea what I did wrong or how to rectify this. I have installed mobify on a different site and there it runs excelently!

b1tr0t commentedHi Louis,
Can you tell me what Drupal version you have running, plus other 3rd party modules you have installed? The easiest way to get redirection up and running may be to use the javascript snippet. This is our recommended and most frequently updated mechanism for mobile redirection. You can get the redirection snippet for your site from the 'deploy' section of your site management control panel on http://mobify.me.
Cheers,
Peter

After about 72 hours, it started working by itself... ;-)
