I really like what you've done with panels & minipanels in its latest iteration. Using 6.14 and latest modules.

Only the first 10 minipanels--those listed on the "Manage mini panels..." listing--show up in the add content---->minipanels link when creating a panel page. Not a big issue, but problem none the less.

Oh, wait. You mean on the dashboard. That's not a bug; that is only meant to show 10. The UI is too small to really manage all the panels you might have. It shows you 10 and expects you to go to the actual mini panels page to manage them all.
