Hi,

the affiliate calculation excludes VAT / taxes which isn't quite right when presenting to potential affiliates

can this be fixed? We're happy to pay for any work necessary

Similar to this issue, if there is a discount on the order, the affiliate commission is calculated based on the product price and not the price actually paid.

A patch is attached that calls uc_price when calculating commissions and also when loading prices for the Generate Links pages in the Affiliate Center. This means that modules that alter prices such as uc_vat and uc_discount should now be taken into account by this module.

The patch is rolled against 6.x-2.0 as the development branch seemed a little broken when I tried it in testing.
