On submitting a new organic group leaving the civicrm link 'unchecked' I find that going back in reveals that the box is checked. Trying to uncheck it has no effect. Using Drupal 4.7 HEAD, and og HEAD with patch code found at http://drupal.org/node/56614 . I also find that with the patch code in place the link to my newly created group in 'My Groups' has a bland entry i.e.

OK, good catch. I've just checked in a fix for this. Affected files are civinode.module and civinode_utils.inc.

If you have the chance, try out the current files and make sure they fix your problem. I was able to get the same problem here, and it resolves the issue for me locally.
