Hi all,

I've installed Drupal, works GREAT, but still one little problem. Why, on the earth, is the annoyning number 80 at the end of address??? (www.mypage.com:80). The address works without it as well. If it would be only while logged as admin, it is ok. But it is in newsletter body, for example, and it is very ugly.

The 80 is the port number. You can run a web server on any port from 1 to 65,000 (roughly). The standard however is 80, so it's best not to change it!

Where are you seeing it "logged"? In normal operation, you shouldn't need to know it's on port 80.

look in your settings.php file and look at the base_url. Delete the :80 from there if its there.
