Could you please include here few notes about where to get the
- Access code
- Secret hash
fields information.
I am reading CBA MIGS implementation guide but can't find anything like those.

As this payment gateway is used by a number of different banks, the short answer is "you need to ask your bank liaison staff". The details will be unique to each customer, and you should be provided with a set for testing as well as a set for live use.

If you are a developer you may be able to request a set of developer test credentials from the bank which are not associated with a specific client site.

Contact details for ANZ Australia are included in the files MIGS Product Guide and VPC Dev Kit Integration Notes.pdf.

I've added these notes to the INSTALL.txt file now.
