Hi I 've tried to install this module on several site and I get the following

Failed opening required './sites/all/modules/security_review/security_review.install'

I get this when I try to run the update.php

I've seen this before with other drupal files, not necessarily the .install one. I don't see this error when I install the module. Do you get it every time? Can you reply here with some details about your system and setup?

I've installed this a few times and have been unable to reproduce this problem. Please re-open if it remains an issue.
