oops

Hello, sorry if this ends up being a stupid comment...

I installed filterbynodetype and followed the instructions to activate it via modules page and per node type. I allowed only the full HTML input format for the Page node type. The default input format for the site is Filtered HTML. Using a registered user account with rights to create a Page node type (not the 1st user account created) I created a page node and it supplied no ability to switch input format (I expected this result). It automatically used the Full HTML format, which I desired. The undesirable effect was that it did not show my FCK editor. Is this a bug? I would rather not make Full HTML my default format as some sites I create may allow anonymous user to leave comments. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
