og_block_visibility will not show blocks from aggregator

Description

aggregator blocks will not show up when using og_block_visibility.

It all works fine with many other blocks I have tried.

Can it have to do with the minus sign (-) in the tittle of these aggregator blocks, e.g.

Here is a patch, which should be ready to roll. Unfortunately there is some kind of drama happening with my CVS account so I can't commit it directly. This should be resolved soon.
