I know it's not a major detail, but in the readme.txt, it might help to specify that you select Text as type of data and then Multiselect as the widget type.

Oops, realized after looking through code that the widget type can be used for nodereference, text, number_integer, number_decimal, number_float, userreference, and content_taxonomy field types. Maybe that should be mentioned?
