Datran Media is investigating "CMS" solutions that can encompass a wide variety of applications, from content-heavy blogs to single smart landing pages. Drupal is certainly a possibility for at least some our requirements, so, though I'm posting this request to Drupal, we're hoping to find a company that can bring a wide breadth of knowledge. An ideal solution would allow non-technical users to easily manage content on hundreds of different websites, as well as allowing technical users to create forms and content personalized to the different public users. I have an RFI document that I would be more than happy to send your way. The work would include not only recommending a platform but also helping to create the templates for the different sites and writing any necessary custom modules.
