Is there anyway to delete the original images after they have been manipulated. I have a site up that manages 4 newspapers and the site is getting quite large due to many images being uploaded.

I don't understand your request.

If you don't need the original image size, then set it to the largest size you actually display to users.

actually, I just realized that I am using imagecache and it is taking my image and changing it and displaying the result to the user, but keeping the original file.

Even more confused now. If this is an imagecache support request, please could you refile it?
