When a user creates an account on example.com using Facebook Connect's quick registration feature, instead of a normal email address, their email proxy address (from Facebook) is inserted into Drupal's user info. What happens when Drupal (or another module like Comment Notify) tries to send this user an email?

I believe this has been addressed in another thread. The email proxy should work, you just might need to make the db field larger.
