hi!
my pages have charset=utf-8. is this possibly to get small pdf files with tcpdf ? or this issue "use of Unicode fonts
result in HUGE files" is final ?

If you want to use TCPDF AND you want to use non-ASCII characters, then yes, it's final.

However, depending on the specifics of your site, you may have options available to you other than TCPDF.

thanks, now with tcpdf one page from mi site in pdf near 0.5mb. i read what another pdf tools have no utf support
