I'm been working with imagefield_import for a while and have made some improvements to it to make it fit my current project.

I was wondering if you are interested in having a co-maintainer of the module?

I have attached a patch (BIG!) and my updated files. My changes include removing lots of unneeded code, quite a lot of general cleanup, and support for batch API.

I've yet to look over or test the patch, but if you're interested, by all means.
