Confirmed this with 6.x-3 & 4 versions - "location block" of Location module is positioned & active in blocks panel but does not display. Switch to Acquia Marina, theme displays the location block without problem. This may be a problem with the Location module or a conflict with the theme, (or other issue...) see also:

I too have the same issue, the location block will not display at all.

Hello,

I have the same problem here. After setting up the block and it only displays at the backend but doesn't on the front end for anonymous users I would say. There are issues with block display with the theme I suppose

Guys - after installing the Location module there was not block called "Location Block", so, see #1 and if you want any help explain your setup EXACTLY!

Are you using some mapping service?
OG location?
Any other modules???
