We are nearly ready to go live with a fairly big site which could grow to deliver 1,000's of user generated videos.

1) I read somewhere that you Deliver the original files back to us - is this the case?
- if not then is there a way we can grab all the original files each night on cron job?

2) What is your backup system like? Cloud data can just vanish so how quickly can you get our content back online?

Basically I'm working for a big client and if we lose all their data we will lose our heads :)

I just need to show them our contingency plan.
