hope, I am right here with my request.
When storing URLs containing an affiliate-ID, these links are filtered so that affiliate-IDs are removed.

This happens either in filtered-html as in full-html. But I am quite sure, that this could not have something to do with URL-Filters. Links posted in node-body won't be modified.

Hmm. I think you're right, those shouldn't be filtered.

Can you give me some example affiliate ids that our talented and handsome staff can test with when we get to working on this?
