Handle content deletion on server and propagation to client. It could be usefull to configure in EntitySettings or elsewhere a behavior to adopt (keep or remove deleted content on clients).
I need good algorithms to do this.

Anyone have an idea how should be behavior configuration granularity: per entity type/per object/per profile?
