cron.php not sending email

I have an install of Drupal on ixwebhost with cron.php configured to run automatically and I get an email report of the success status.

However, I also have an install of Drupal on startlogic with cron.php configured to run automatically, but get no email.

Did I need to configure something in Drupal to get the email? The admin email account is working properly. Is Startlogic stopping the email? Also if I run cron.php manually also get no email.
