When you install this module and then turn it off, it breaks the block admin page. If you turn this module on, select an admin them from the Drupal core admin theme function, but then later turn this module off - it still loads the admin theme on the active theme blocks page. I need help in diagnosing this.

Disabling is different then uninstalling a module.

Anyhow... This looks very weird. Can you try in a clean install and give me exact steps to reproduce this?

I've tried to disable/uninstall this theme, as I'm suspicious it may be having compatibility issues with editablefield/themekey modules - but don't seem to be able to fully remove from my website.

Please see attachment and advise what I can try to remove module/debug.

admin/settings/admin is part of drupal core. so this is normal. please start new issues for new bugs since this one was closed.
