I'm going to push up some stuff that Allain has been working on as a dev-release this afternoon, adding stuff like support for adding dry css through a themes info file among other things. So it would be great if you wanted to test it before we tag a release.

It's very cool, but only for 7, but it has additional logic which is pretty interesting. CSSdry is mentioned in the first issue (#633506).
