Author Information block displays two different names

This is a really good module—it allows users to get more personal with other users. I ran into a problem with the Author Information block and that is even with the module enabled, the block will not display a user’s real name rather than his username when he doesn’t upload a profile picture as shown in the attachments. Some users may opt out of submitting a photo but the block title should still render his real name but it doesn’t. If you can help with this issue, I’d appreciate it.
