Just wondering if one can auto-insert a user's name in an email sent through Massmailer?

i.e. Dear %name,

I tried the above and variations of it, but it all just printed %name rather than the user's name.

I'm trying to do the same thing, and can't figure it out. I did a bunch of searches for "massmailer variable" and "massmailer user name" and other such variations...I can't believe there aren't a set of variables tied either to the drupal user record, or perhaps even to the CiviCRM record if you have that module installed.

If anyone has suggestions or pointers, I'd love to hear them!
