Batch deleting issue (of any nodes) {SOLVED}

In my host development server accessing http://localhost/devel/admin/content/node to list and filter such content. deleting by batch give me something like

An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator.

but if im going to delete individual/per content is not a problem.

any idea how to solved this issue?
