I have two drupal sites and have lost the ability to make menu's on one can anyone please help? I have to change links asap is there anyway I can load them back in ?

further details are needed.

lost the ability to make menus isn't verbose enough.

What is in administer -> menus?

I have corrected this it was unchecked which removed it as a menu item
