Description
This is a coordination issue for all who'd like to help reviewing Views translatable strings.
We need to make them:
1. Easy to understand for Noobs
2. Context insensitive strings
3. Extend descriptions to make the options more self explaining
4. Make sentences more fluent and remove abbreviations that make a translation difficult
What is the target version this should be done for? 3.x?

3.x seems best but be aware that major features are going into 3.x, which is likely to add/change/mangle strings.
