Where is this image supposed to go?

This probably needs to go into the drupal.org webmasters queue, instead of the Documentation queue (which is just for the Handbook)?

We also have #632604: DrupalconSF Ad on Drupal.org, but the image here is a totally different size/ratio. Maybe this is for a post-redesign version of drupal.org?
