Trying to create a filter in VIEWS 3 to filter by Taxonomy Terms, however when i select the filter it gives an error "Error: handler for apachesolr > tid doesn't exist! "

Try this:

May 19, 2010 with this commit: http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=369072 all existing Views will be broken and it requires the latest View3 dev version. This is because a change made to how pagers attach to the query.
