I am looking for a good drupal hosting provider right now. This process has been surprisingly frustrating because none of the providers seems not to offer an easy solution even to install drupal on the site. I simply can't afford to have time to mess with the drupal installation.
I noticed very good reviews about HotDrupal. But I can't find any document, even in their own web site, about how actually I can install a version of drupal on the site. In drupal's forum, everybody acclaims their excellent customer support but nobody actually talk about installation/management of the site.
Is there anybody who actually used hotdrupal.com to host drupal and can clarify this?

Many hosts have fantastico which will install drupal however, thats not a best practice for a multitude of reasons. Once of which is they are late with security updates and their updates only cover core and core modules. Installing drupal on your own isn't difficult.
Do a search on this site or any scripts site for fantastico and you will see the issues others have found themselves in.
installing drupal is a matter of
creating a database
creating a database user
issue permissions on that user for the database
uploading yoru drupal files
running install.php
adding your database connection information
letting the install run
done.
If you don't want to be bothered with the install, you may want to hire someone to install drupal the right way without a 3rd party script between you and your install.

I use Hotdrupal and love it. But I would never expect my webhost to install Drupal for me. If you want a hosted solution where Drupal itself is taken care of for you and you just need to build your website, I think there are some like that. Unfortunately, I can't think of any names offhand. Bryght is gone and I don't believe Acquia Gardens is ready, yet. Maybe someone else will chime in with names.

Wow quick replies
I appreciate your prompt responses. I don't mind installing drupal but cannot spend days for troubleshoot to install. There seems to be no drupal installation guide for hotdrupal
Anyway, it's comfortable to know there are people who are using hotdrupal. thanks
Nothing special
There's no specific instructions for Hot Drupal. You install Drupal the same there as you would anyplace else.

i agree 100% with Michelle. Stay away from Windows servers and you shouldn't have any troubleshooting to do that others can't help with in the case that something doesn't go as expected.
Not bashing windows servers however, there are some nuances to IIS with regards to clean urls and such that unless you are experienced with those nuances one may not be able to see through their frustration to understand why something isn't work for them while it does for many others.
