Currently attributes applied to individual products are copied from the defined attribute. I'd like to suggest:

1. Some help text on a Product Edit | Attribute page; a line of text that mentions that "If you want to change attributes, then remove the existing attribute, edit the Ubercart-defined attribute (link to store/attributes), then re-attach the modified attribute.

2. An option to allow updated attributes to be automatically applied to those products that use them (a patch seems to be available)
