Replacement Pattern in Views Output Rewrite - Issue

Hello -

I'm using a Rewrite Output of a field within a View (see export below) and everything works great with the exception that the replacement pattern is throwing a <p></p> around the value I'm inserting. Anyone know how I can keep this from happening?
