I have a location CCK field.

My site is 100% indexed. When I type in a city name, any city name I kn ow is in the database(there are 600+ entries), I get zero results.

Same for zip code, etc..

IS this a new bug with the latest release?

I'm having this same problem - typing in cities I know exist but search returns nothing. What do you mean sderrick when you say "location entries are being returned to another view"?

I am using 6.x-3.1-dev and have no problems searching on any location_cck fields.
There has been a lot of improvements with location_cck committed to the latest version. I suggest using this version especially if you want to use the cck features.
