Enable a "title" pattern for ifa_upload image nodes

I really wish I could customize the title of ifa_upload nodes... At the very least, the "Image Assist" module uses the title of the image, not the filename, which is a little more user friendly for less tech-savy users.

I found it a little confusing that this module automatically just hides and pre-populates the title field; it wasn't clear why this was happening for ifa_upload types until I searched the code. You may want to make it an option to turn off this behavior, or at least add a message to the node form indicating why the title is missing.
