Deleting a topic redirects to unexisting node.

When you delete a forum post (or comment ) from the link that is shown below the post (wich is generated in the hook_link), you are redirected to the topic where this post belongs.

The problem is that if there is just 1 comment, the topic is deleted, and you get redirected to the deleted topic/node, getting a page not found message.
