Apparently there is an error in the README.txt file. In installation instructions it states "Go to administer >> settings >> tac_lite", and I was confused a little when I enabled the module but could not find anything in the "settings" menu. I found a configuration tab at "admnister >> access control" instead.

I am also confused by this issue. Access control is not a problem, but I cannot locate the tac config area for the life of me.

Whoops, I forgot to turn my eyeballs on. Tac_lite is a tab on the access control page.
