Does anyone know how to change the upload directory for this module? Currently everything uploads to the default/files/ directory and I can't seem to change it. Any suggestions?

I was looking for the same thing and came across this issue/solution provided when using SWFUpload+IMCE with IMCE SWFUpload, #365833: Add '%uid' and '%username' placeholders support in filepath?

I am closing this issue, since Drupal 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x aren't supported anymore.
