Slow SQL query on all balances page

For about 300 users I've got execution time about 80 seconds (completely unusable). And it shows me not all users (20-30 users was lost). And again, we must sort by bid, not timestamp. Of cource, my sql is not perfect, but query do it's job in less than second for the same data.
