I got the following error after trying to set the webmail plus blocks.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare apachesolr_strip_ctl_chars() (previously declared in /home2/site/public_html/sites/all/modules/webmail_plus/contrib/webmail_plus_solr/webmail_plus_solr.cron.inc:164) in /home2/site/public_html/sites/all/modules/apachesolr/apachesolr.index.inc on line 25

Unfortunately the Apache Solr module is needed with Web Mail Plus module. Not sure why both are trying to declare the apachesolr_strip_ctl_chars().
