In recent installations I did of Drupal 7, I noticed that progress bar on installation looked funny. The progress bar filler wasn't all the way down to the bottom of the space, so I have a patch here to increase the height of the filler.

Heh, I threw this out weeks ago...and someone said they were fixing it...guess not. Or is there a duplicate of this issue?
