I am having a problem with LB2 and panels, basically the light box feature
will work when I am editing the panes, but when I save and view the panel it
won't work ; (both light frame , images and video)
through fire bug I have the error that

$("body:not(.lightbox-processed)", context).addClass is not a function

It sounds like jquery.js javascript file is not being loaded on the page, or you're using an older version of jquery that doesn't support that function.
