Views will not refresh when adding containers and categories

Hi there, I think the category module is just awesome, it gives incredible flexibility to create a good site site structure and good categorisation of content, I'm really happy with it and using it to create a complicated site structure which seems less complicated with this module...

I only have a little problem / bug ??

When I create new categories and containers, I want to use views to filter content with those terms, but I saw that views does not integrate the new terms and the new containers right away in the choices to filter. Actually it offers for example Terms in a vocab tat I deleted and replaced by another one.

Is there anything I should do to refresh the list that is inside the views filter choices??
Is this maybe some caching issue? I tried to disconnect and reconnect and does not work the old containers and categories are still there as choice and the new ones are not...

any ideas?
