Disable the ability to switch from single to multiple values on a field

I've stumbled across this module just browsing the list of all CCK modules. Ummm...

If a contrib module doesn't use the CCK api for locating a field's table then raise it as a bug in that module's issue tracker. Besides, you can easily change the location of storage by changing the field to use multiple values.

IMHO if not deleted, use of this module should be strongly discouraged.
